1. Disinfect poultry house air

According to the test of the authoritative testing organization, the killing rate of bacteria and viruses can reach 99.9% with a moderate concentration of ozone.
2. Reduce the cost of drug injection
Feed the chickens with ozone water regularly. Ozone is a strong oxidant. It produces intermediate substances such as monoatomic oxygen (O) and hydroxyl group (OH) in water. Using ozone to make ozone water for poultry drinking can change the intestinal microecological environment of poultry, reduce the number of bacteria that depend on host nutrition, and increase the activity of starch secreted by beneficial bacteria, which improves the feed of poultry, especially young birds. It should be pointed out that the half-life of ozone in water is about 30 minutes, and the prepared ozone water must be placed for more than 30 minutes before being fed to poultry, otherwise it will have adverse effects on poultry. Ozone can decompose chemical drugs, and the medicine supply and the ozone water supply should be separated by half an hour. The recommended dosage of ozone is 30mg/m3.
4. Sterilization of breeding eggs (eggs)
Eggs are often contaminated by feces and bedding after they are laid, and the surface of the eggshell carries a large number of bacteria and viruses. These bacteria may invade the egg body and destroy the quality of the egg, or may be infected by contact with human hands. According to statistics, the number of bacteria on the surface of the newly-born eggshell is 100-300, 500-600 after 15 minutes, and 4000-5000 after 1 hour. If the bacteria are not disinfected, they will easily enter the egg and not only affect the hatching. The more serious effect is that it contaminates the incubator and utensils, and may spread various diseases to the chicks, so the breeding eggs must be disinfected before hatching.
Although the traditional chemical fumigation and spray disinfection methods are very low cost, they may produce another kind of pollution. Install an ozone sterilization and anti-mold preservation system in the egg storehouse to maintain a certain ozone concentration in the storehouse for a long time (the machine will be shut down when it is concentrated in and out of the box). It can significantly reduce the number of microorganisms on the surface of the eggshell, which can not only meet customers' requirements for egg hygiene, but also extend the preservation time of eggs.
For the breeding egg bank, higher relative humidity can reduce the evaporation of water in the eggs and increase the hatching rate, but high humidity will promote the growth of molds. The ozone sterilization and preservation system can solve this problem.
The ozone concentration in the egg store is generally within the range of 0.5 to 1.5 ppm, which should be determined according to the specific situation.
Sterilization of breeding eggs is usually carried out twice. The first time is performed within 30 minutes of egg production, because bacteria can enter the egg after 30 minutes, and the disinfection effect is not good. Every time it is disinfected in the incubator room before or after incubation. The recommended ozone dosage is 30mh/m3.
