  (1) Gas circuit process flow


   The ozone generated by clean and dry air passing through the water treatment ozone machine is mixed with water through a gas-liquid mixer, then enters the clean water tank for full contact mixing and reaction, and then is transported to the buffer tank.


  (2) Air source


  The selection of gas source should be considered comprehensively in consideration of factors such as ozone generation, site conditions, energy consumption, operation management, and maintenance. The gas source of the ozone generator is air or oxygen. When air is used as the air source, because the air contains high moisture and dust, it not only affects the production of ozone, but also destroys the dielectric. Therefore, the air needs to be dust-removed and dehydrated, but the air source cost is saved. When oxygen is used as a gas source, compared with air, it consumes less power, saves power costs, and occupies less space. However, purchasing oxygen also increases operating costs, and oxygen cylinders need to be replaced frequently, making daily management troublesome. Considering that the power supply is sufficient and the room is relatively spacious, air is used as the air source for the project.

  (3) Ozone dosage


   The sterilization of ozone mainly depends on the content of ozone in the water, the degree of dispersion of ozone gas in the water (i.e. whether the mixing is uniform and sufficient), and the contact time of ozone and water. Shanghai Kangjiu Machine, the higher the concentration of ozone in the water, the better the sterilization, but it is not that the more dosage, the better, more will not only cause waste, but also may cause physical discomfort when the user uses it. At the same time, the water quality should be considered when adding. The dosage of ozone is generally 30-50g/m3. Since the quality of the raw water is medium, the project takes 40g/m3, and the dosage is set at 4Kg/h.


  (4) Dosing and mixing method


   There are generally three common dosing and mixing methods:


   1. Use a fixed spiral pipe mixer, install it on the water inlet pipe of the clean water tank, the ozone and water enter the clean water tank after mixing in the mixer;


2. Adopt a jet (water jet), which is a more commonly used gas-water mixing device, which can be installed on the water inlet pipe of the clean water tank, and directly use the pressure in the water inlet pipe to mix water and air, and then enter the clean water tank, or Connect a pipe from the main outlet pipe of the water pump, enter the jet to mix with ozone and enter the pool without passing through the inlet pipe.


   3. Adopt ozone contact oxidation tower or contact oxidation pond. After the water enters the contact tower or the contact pool is mixed with ozone, it then enters the clean pool. Mode 1 and Mode 2 simplifies the engineering design, with less floor space and low cost. Mode 3 has a large floor area and high cost, but it is well mixed. It can be selected according to economic conditions, site and water quality, and can also be used in conjunction with each other. This project adopts method 2, connect a pipe from the main water outlet pipe of the water pump, enter the jet to mix with ozone for gas and water, then add it to the water storage buffer tank, and stay for 10 minutes so that the gas and water are fully mixed before adding the original Production is carried out in the pool.
