1. Ultraviolet ozone generator

   This type of ozone generator uses ultraviolet rays with a specific wavelength (185mm) to irradiate oxygen molecules to decompose the oxygen molecules to produce ozone. Due to the large volume of the ultraviolet lamp, the low ozone output, and the short service life, this kind of generator has a narrow range of use and is often used in disinfection cupboards.


2. Electrolytic ozone generator

   This type of ozone generator usually produces ozone by electrolyzing pure water. The generator can produce high-concentration ozone water, has low manufacturing cost, and is simple to use and maintain. However, due to the shortcomings that the ozone output cannot be increased, the electrode life is short, and the ozone is not easy to collect, the scope of its use is limited. At present, this type of generator is only used in some specific small equipment or in some specific places, and does not have the conditions to replace the high-voltage discharge generator.

2. Advantages of electrolytic ozone generator

    1. The concentration of ozone gas produced is high, the weight ratio is several times that of the corona ozone generator, and the maximum can reach 20% (more than 250mg/L)


   2. The ozone gas produced does not contain nitrogen oxides (NOx) and no carcinogens.


  3. It is resistant to the influence of environmental humidity up to 85% when working, and it can stably maintain ozone production even when working in a humid environment.


  4. Due to the use of DC low-voltage electrolysis, electromagnetic waves and noise will not be generated when working, and will not cause interference when working with other precision instruments.


5. Due to the high concentration of ozone produced, and the same amount of ozone input into the water, this method can achieve a higher residual ozone concentration in the water, which can completely sterilize and disinfect the drinking water, and produce high-concentration Ozone water (disinfectant).


  6. It has a super long service life, several times the amount of ozone generated by the corona method, and the membrane electrode has a super service life.
