120kg/h large-scale ozone generator was successfully developed in Qingdao
On June 9, 2012, the "Twelfth Five-Year" national major science and technology project, the key technology research project of Qingdao Science and Technology Development Plan-"Large Ozone Generator Equipment Development and Industrialization" Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Conference was held in our city, from Tsinghua University Senior experts in the field of domestic ozone technology, including universities, Shanghai Municipal Engineering Research Institute, and the ozone industry, participated in the project’s on-site testing and evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. The evaluation experts believed that “this achievement is a major breakthrough in China’s ozone equipment manufacturing technology.
The first domestic ozone generator with an ozone output of 100kg/h, its various performance indicators have reached the international leading level, and it has filled the gap in the domestic large-scale ozone equipment manufacturing technology."
The project undertaker Qingdao Guolin Industrial Co., Ltd., based on years of ozone equipment manufacturing technology and experience, started the research and development of large-scale ozone equipment in 2010, and under the support of the national major special plan and the Qingdao science and technology development plan After two years of scientific research, it has successively broken through high-efficiency ozone generating unit technology, large-scale ozone generator technology, 1200kW capacitive load ozone generator special high-power intermediate frequency inverter power supply technology, large-scale ozone generator power supply control and monitoring technology, etc. 6 key technologies, and applied for 2 national invention patents and 2 utility model patents. After 2 months of stable operation in the factory, and tested by the National Electrical and Electronic Safety and Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, its ozone concentration, ozone output, ozone power consumption and other indicators have reached the international leading level. The development of this project signifies that my country has completely independent intellectual property rights for the R&D and manufacturing technology of 120kg/h large-scale ozone generator, and has become one of the three countries in the world that has only this manufacturing technology so far. The successful development and application of the project will effectively promote the improvement of my country's ozone equipment manufacturing level and application level, and promote the construction of my country's ecological civilization and the quality of life of the people. At the same time, it will also greatly enhance my country's confidence in domestic large-scale ozone equipment in the field of municipal water supply and environmental protection, and win a broader market for the domestic ozone equipment manufacturing industry.
The 120kg/h large-scale ozone generator and its series of products can be widely used in municipal drinking water treatment, sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, flue gas denitration, pulp bleaching, fine chemical oxidation and other fields. It is the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and the future Drinking water safety, environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction are the important development directions of "changing methods and adjusting structure", which are also major technical equipment that can be used in environmental protection projects and can replace imports.
