Therefore, the application of ozone water treatment products by water supply companies is very common. Due to the development of our country, the economy is relatively backward. The national sanitary standard of drinking water is that the total number of bacteria is <100 and the coliform is <3, and most of them use bleaching powder, chlorination and the chlorine dioxide and chlorine dioxide promoted in recent years. Equipment disinfection occurs with sodium hypochlorite. Because chlorine disinfection will produce chlorine derivatives and cause secondary pollution, trihalomethane is a direct carcinogen, and it has been phased out in drinking water treatment in Europe and America. As far as the current domestic ozone generator prices are concerned, they are about the same as the prices of chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite, or even low. It is just that people's awareness and equipment update lack funds, and there is still a process.
In 1996, the Ministry of Health issued a document requiring that the secondary water supply must be equipped with disinfection facilities. Some units’ self-provided wells must also be used when the water quality meets the standards. The disinfection and treatment products of the secondary water supply are currently only available in the secondary water supply. Chlorine oxide, sodium hypochlorite and ozone generating equipment are selected. Ozone water treatment has a strong competitive advantage and should be a mature market. The mineral water, purified water, and bottled water that have emerged in recent years have become the necessary markets for ozone technology products, and it is difficult to reach the standard without ozone equipment.
Ozone sterilization knowledge:
(1) Food factories and pharmaceutical factories need to perform over-flow immersion sterilization on the surface of raw materials and other objects to form a sterile raw material surface (the packaging container can be sterilized by contact with high concentration ozone gas). Such as fruits can be sterilized after washing and can be made into concentrated juice.
(2) During the processing of aquatic products—before freezing and packaging, the use of high-concentration ozone water spray sterilization or over-flow immersion sterilization has achieved perfect control over the sanitary indicators of aquatic products, avoiding residual chlorine caused by the use of chlorides The problem of exceeding the standard.
(3) In the production process of liquid food processing (such as beverages, juices, etc.) and pharmaceutical factories, high-concentration ozone water can be used to soak and rinse pipelines, production equipment and containers to achieve efficient sterilization. The bacteria and viruses on the surface of pipelines, equipment and containers are washed and killed, which is very simple and convenient. That is, no dead corners are generated, and the discharge and residue of harmful substances caused by the use of other chemical disinfectants are avoided, and there is no residue and secondary pollution of ozone.
(3) It can be widely used in hotels, hotels, and institutional canteens to sterilize tableware, fruits and vegetables; as well as children's toys and surface sterilization.
