Production standard of ozone generator
The ozone generating room should meet the requirements of strength, rigidity and airtightness, and should meet the requirements of GB 150. After the ozone generator runs for 4 hours, under the designed rated power and intake air flow conditions, the variation of ozone concentration and ozone power consumption within 2 hours should not exceed 5%. The ozone leakage of the ozone generator at the maximum allowable working pressure and rated power should meet the requirements of GB 3095-1996, and the average ozone concentration value of 1 hour should not exceed 0.20mg/m3.
The ozone generator should adopt appropriate insulation protection and direct and indirect contact protection measures to prevent the danger of electric shock, and attention should be paid to preventing the danger of high-voltage electric shock.
The shell of the ozone generator, the power cabinet, and the protective net should be grounded reliably, and the grounding should meet the requirements of GB 14050.
The circuit should pass dielectric strength test and insulation resistance verification to confirm that its insulation protection is reliable and effective.
The high-voltage cables from the power supply cabinet to the ozone generating room should have corresponding levels of insulation, and reliable shielding measures should be adopted; high-voltage connectors should be provided with reliable protective covers.
Stability: After the ozone generator has been running for 4 hours, under the designed rated power and intake air flow conditions, at least 5 measurements (time average distribution) of ozone concentration and power consumption within 2 hours, the maximum and minimum of the measured values The difference is divided by the average value, and the result is the variation value.
